Cincinnati Nature Center's Mobile Guide
In June 2021, Cincinnati Nature Center launched a mobile guide for smartphones featuring Guide by Cell’s GPS Mapper product, a GPS-enabled interactive map that helps visitors navigate trails and engage with content in fun and interesting ways.
Cincinnati Nature Center visitors access the Mobile Guide by scanning QR codes posted on map kiosks and other signage. At home, or in person, visitors can also access the Mobile Guide by using this web link—no downloads or passwords needed.
For easy access, visitors can bookmark the Mobile Guide as a favorite page in their mobile web browser, or save the icon to their mobile home page.
In June and July 2021 alone, Cincinnati Nature’s Mobile Guide has logged more than 40,000 page views from over 3,900 users. Visitors have scanned the QR codes linking to the Mobile Guide more than 3,300 times.
